A few weeks ago, the LSU basketball team came to town so we decided to brave a horrible blizzard and go watch them play. We all dressed in as much purple and gold as we could find and made as much noise as we could. The poor Tigers got schooled (I think they lost by 30 points!) but we had a lot of fun all the same. Babs loves all sporting events, and watched the game intently. Quay loves an adventure, and had fun looking at stuff with her new binoculars. MungBean was not invited, but he had fun playing with my cousins who were nice enough to watch him. Munkus chatted with a few other LSU fans that we ran into (we weren't the only ones there!) And I enjoyed the stadium food (mmm, hot dogs and red vines!!!) It was a really fun evening... and I hope next time the weather and the scoreboard work a little more in our favor.Saturday, January 24, 2009
We Got Spirit, Yes We Do!
